It is not suitable for emergency, navigation, or any mission critical or safety applications whatsoever. it must not be relied upon when operating machinery or vehicles, or in any circumstance where death, serious injury or damage to property may result. TabooApp is not suitable for business use of any description, or for tracking persons or equipment, and must not be used for these purposes.

Partner is not available to and must not be accessed by any person under the age of 18 years in any circumstances. Where the age of majority is 21 years, TabooApp is not available to and must not be accessed by any person under the age of 21 years in any circumstances. Any person under the age of 18 (or the age of 21 where that is the age of majority) must not view or otherwise use TabooApp, whether directly or indirectly. No person over the age of 18 (or 21 where that is the age of majority) may allow or solicit a minor to view or use Partener in any circumstances whatsoever.
